Rates

• All rates are for one week except the weekend and bank holiday rates.
• €200 deposit cheque secures booking with balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
• You must give one weeks notification of cancellation or you will not receive your deposit back.
• You should clean the house and strip the beds before departure.
• If you want to avail of a cleaning service the cost is €60 payable in advance.
• Check in is 4pm, check out is 10am.
• Rental is Saturday to Saturday except by special arrangement.
• No pets.
• Linen, electricity and central heating are included. Towels are not included.
